Overview

The AI Email feature uses AI to create personalized emails for each lead, tailoring the content based on their backgrounds. The emails highlight key points such as how attending the event will directly benefit them.

This feature’s goal is to boost registration rates by delivering relevant, compelling messages that resonate with each lead's specific needs and motivations.

Remarks

• Each AI content generated will consume 1 AI credit.

• Email Credits and AI Credits are different
  • Email Credits - 1 credit will be deducted per manual email sent out.
  • AI Credits - 1 credit will be deducted per AI content generated.

Steps to use

1. Under Email > Manual Email > click Create Campaign

1. Similar to regular manual emails, input the necesary details, select recipients and the correct sender email.

Remarks

• You can leave the subject line empty. AI will help to generate a unique subject line for each lead as below.

  

  • If needed, you can add your own text into the subject line.

• It is highly recommended to only select 2-3 leads to start the process. This will allow you to preview the AI generated content, as each AI email generated will consume 1 AI email credit.

1. Click on AI Email Editor. Then, add the merge tag {{AIEmailBodyContent}} to your preferred location. Then, make the needed changes to the template. Click Save after adding the merge tag.

   

   

Then, you can also replace the placeholder banner and footer by uploading a new image / directly removing it.
